BOLD Story
How it all started…
Bold Community Church was established by a passionate group of individuals who fervently desired to see the Bible preached, proclaimed, and embodied with BOLDNESS within the church. Our vision extends beyond the walls of the church, reaching into the heart of the city and spreading to the furthest corners of the globe. Through our commitment, we aim to inspire others to live out their faith courageously, authentically, and BOLDLY.
Within the Church, it is crucial to prioritize equipping our hearts with the Word of God to serve faithfully as true servants of the Most High King. At BOLD Community Church, we refuse to waste our energy attempting to reach new people while neglecting those already among us. We are committed to ensuring that every believer is equipped to handle the Word of God, as Paul commands in 2 Timothy 2:15: "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth."
Scripture must be at the forefront of all we do at BOLD Community Church; we seek to be purified by the Word of God. This purification takes place when we collectively grow in unity as defined throughout the Bible. Maturity in Christ is not optional; it is the goal of all believers. Ephesians 4:14-15 clearly states, "So that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into Him who is the head, into Christ." We are committed to this path of growth and maturity.
Where we are headed…
As a church matures, we must fully commit to biblical discipleship. Christians must actively engage in serving others, effectively utilizing their spiritual gifts to make a tangible impact. The impact must first assert itself in one's own life, igniting a transformative journey that cannot be ignored. From there, it will shape and transform one's home, creating an environment that fosters grace and mercy. Only then can this powerful change radiate outward, compelling the world around us to seek the Light and Salvation that controls us.
Unity among members is essential as we Boldly reach out to those outside the church, determined to share the Gospel and bring transformation. A thriving church does not just grow internally; it stands as a powerful beacon in the community, actively demonstrating love and hope to all.
